Outside: The chalet is approached by a private drive with parking for several cars. It stands within its own landscaped grounds and faces south-west, overlooking the outstandingly beautiful Vallée d’Abondance which can be admired from the spacious and sunny balconies and terraces on three sides of the property.

Entrance Hall: There is a large covered porch leading to a ski storeroom, with heated boot rack and bench. Another internal door connects to the double garage with electric up and over doors and ample parking for 2 cars. Inside the chalet there is a large and airy entrance hall, with a separate office area complete with desk, internet and WiFi connection. Also on this top floor are the Master Bedroom, with superking sprung bed, TV with built in DVD, chest of drawers and spacious built-in cupboards. French windows lead out onto a south-west facing balcony with stunning views of the valley below – the perfect way to welcome a new day and get a first-hand view of today’s weather prospects!

The luxury en-suite bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has twin sprung beds, chest of drawers, built-in cupboards and also has French windows leading out to a south-west facing balcony with the same views as the master bedroom. The en suite shower room also boasts a large shower and heated towel rail.
