Outside

The chalet is approached by a private drive with parking for several cars. It stands within its own landscaped grounds and faces south-west, overlooking the outstandingly beautiful Vallée d’Abondance which can be admired from the spacious and sunny balconies and terraces on three sides of the property.

Entrance Hall

There is a large covered porch leading to a ski storeroom, with heated boot rack and bench. Another internal door connects to the double garage with electric up and over doors and ample parking for 2 cars. Inside the chalet there is a large and airy entrance hall, with a separate office area complete with desk, internet and WiFi connection. Also on this top floor are the Master Bedroom, with superking sprung bed, TV with built in DVD, chest of drawers and spacious built-in cupboards. French windows lead out onto a south-west facing balcony with stunning views of the valley below – the perfect way to welcome a new day and get a first-hand view of today’s weather prospects!

The luxury en-suite bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has twin sprung beds, chest of drawers, built-in cupboards and also has French windows leading out to a south-west facing balcony with the same views as the master bedroom. The en suite shower room also boasts a large shower and heated towel rail.

Coming down the oak staircase, the next landing offers a large storage cupboard and separate WC. Next door is the enormous Games room, equipped with table tennis and table football, plus sofa etc- the ideal place for those who want more energetic activities without destroying the peace of others who have more relaxing pursuits in mind. Here you will also find our beautiful 6 person sauna and shower room, the perfect place to relax after a hard days skiing!

This level also finds our sumptuous Living Room, complete with log fire, comfy sofas, hand-made oak dining table seating up to 12 people and 4 sets of French windows, enabling you to step out onto the spacious balconies and terraces, to soak up the sun or sunset and take in the fabulous views. Off to one side of the living room separated by French doors is a further “petit-salon”, where you can go to watch the 42 inch 3D satellite TV, play DVD’s, listen to music, play games, read, or simply relax on the 6 person corner sofa. This also converts into a small double bed.

On the other side of the living room there is a built-in, fully equipped kitchen, including an electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a neat breakfast bar with stools for those in a rush to hit the slopes! Outside the kitchen door, the south facing terrace provides outdoor table and 10 chairs with gas barbeque, should the weather permit some alfresco dining.

Lower Floor

The oak staircase leads down to a laundry room, with washing machine, tumble-dryer and sink. An ironing board and steam iron are also provided. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are flexible double or twin bedded rooms with zip and link interior sprung mattresses, chest of drawers, spacious built-in cupboards and French windows leading out onto the garden terrace. Bedroom 3 has a luxury en suite shower room, with large shower and heated towel rail, Bedroom 4 has a luxury bathroom, plus large separate walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 5 is a very large bedroom with kingsize bed, two chests of drawers, sofa, a spacious built-in double cupboard and two sets of French windows leading out onto the garden terrace. The luxury en-suite shower room has a large shower and heated towel rail. All the bedrooms are equipped with their own hairdryers. The Master Bedroom has its own TV/DVD, and all the other bedrooms and kitchen have their own stereo radio with iPod connection and CD player.
